Orders & Account
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders and order tracking.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. You can also log into your account and check the order status under “My Orders”.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request modifications or cancellation before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately at contact@ericfavre.in or call +91 93552 00030. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.

What are the shipping charges?
- Delhi NCR (Delhi & Haryana): &rupee;49 flat rate — FREE on orders above &rupee;999
- Rest of India: &rupee;99 flat rate — FREE on orders above &rupee;1,499

How long does delivery take?
- Delhi NCR: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Do you deliver across all of India?
Yes, we deliver to all 28 states and 8 union territories across India, including remote areas. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.
What happens if I am not available to receive the delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Razorpay and PayU — India’s leading PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available for most PIN codes across India. Availability is checked automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a GST-compliant invoice is sent to your email upon order confirmation. You can also download it from your account under “My Orders”.
Products & Supplements
Are Eric Favre products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on ericfavrestore.in are 100% authentic and imported directly from Eric Favre Laboratoire, France. We are the official India distributor. Every product is FSSAI approved.
Are your supplements safe?
All Eric Favre supplements are formulated in European laboratories following strict GMP and ISO 22000 standards. They are FSSAI approved for sale in India. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on each product packaging.
Are your products vegetarian?
Most of our products are vegetarian-friendly. Each product page clearly mentions the ingredients and dietary information. Whey protein is derived from milk (vegetarian). Check individual product pages for specific details.
How should I store the supplements?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly sealed after each use. Do not refrigerate unless specifically mentioned on the packaging.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be sealed and in original packaging. Opened supplement containers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Refund & Return Policy.
How do I initiate a return?

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos for damaged/defective items
- Our team responds within 24–48 hours with return instructions
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund is credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
