At Eric Favre India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and receive refunds.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The return window starts from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier

Conditions for Returns

Eligible for Return

  • Products received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Sealed/unopened products in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or unsealed supplements – for hygiene and safety reasons, once a supplement container is opened, it cannot be returned
  • Products with tampered or missing safety seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@ericfavre.in or call +91 93552 00030
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Include photos of the product and packaging (for damaged/defective items)
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions
  5. Ship the product back in its original packaging to the address provided

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:
    • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking)
    • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) – you will need to provide bank details
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
  • Cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging or product
  2. Take clear photos of the damage (outer packaging and product)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
